Wisconsin Nonprofit Summit Speaker Proposal Submissions

The Wisconsin Nonprofit Summit invites leaders, innovators, and changemakers to submit speaker proposals for breakout sessions at our 2025 conference, themed Future Forward: Innovating Nonprofits for Tomorrow’s Challenges. This year’s Summit, held July 23-24, 2025, at the Brookfield Conference Center in Brookfield, WI, equips nonprofit professionals with the tools, insights, and inspiration needed to navigate an evolving landscape and drive meaningful impact.

We encourage proposals for:

  • Interactive Workshops: Hands-on sessions designed to engage participants in skill-building and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Panel Discussions: Diverse perspectives on key issues, featuring multiple speakers sharing expertise and insights.
  • Case Studies: Presentations of real-world examples showcasing innovative approaches or lessons learned.
  • Roundtables: Facilitated discussions encouraging dialogue and idea-sharing among attendees.

Proposals should include:

  1. Brief biography highlighting your relevant experience
  2. Brief summary of your proposed presentation
  3. Any supporting materials (e.g., previous speaking engagements, publications)

All proposals must be submitted by March 28, 2025, APRIL 11, 2025, and selected presenters will be notified by April 18 25, 2025.

Please Note

  • Presenters are welcome to submit more than one proposal for different sessions. PLEASE NOTE that each submission must use a different email address.
  • In our commitment to maintaining accessible ticket prices, we cannot pay conference presenters except those delivering keynote speeches.
  • As a token of our appreciation, presenters and co-presenters, including those participating in panels, will be exempt from any conference registration fees for the day(s) of their presentation(s).
